Cancellation Policy

We require a 50% deposit, to secure a booking, the remainder of the balance will then need to be paid once the repair Is complete. Cancellations: If you cancel or move the booking within 3 days of your scheduled repair date you will lose your 10% of your deposit. If you cancel or move the booking within 2 days of your scheduled repair date you will lose your 25% of your deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we will charge the full deposit. If you move a repair 24 hours before the due date to another time (within 30 days) and do not cancel, you will be charged a 25% fee.
